FAQs

How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through the P3R Gear site. You must create an account through this, in order to access your subscription. To create an account, visit the homepage of P3RGear.com, click “Create an Account” in the top right corner and enter your information. Once you’ve done this, you will receive an email asking to confirm your account. After you’ve done this, you’ll be able to log in and access and manage your subscription.

 

Do you take Returns?
Ready.Set.MOVE. purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes or box items. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Sized-Apparel Exchange Policy
Ready.Set.MOVE. will accept the exchange of any sized apparel item(s) within 7 days of the order receipt date. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges will only be accepted for another size in the original item ordered and are dependent upon available inventory. To inquire about an exchange, please reach out to gear@p3r.org.

 

What dates will I be receiving my subscription box?
Ready.Set.MOVE. will ship quarterly on the 25th of the following months; January, April, July, and October. Customers will receive an email 5 days prior to ship date confirming that their box is on its way and should receive their box by the 30th of that same month.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so 15 days before your next bill date. If you do not cancel before this date, you will be billed for that seasons box. There are no cancellation fees. Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 4 boxes of membership and are nonrefundable.

 

When will I be billed?
Just Joining:

If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for the current season box, which will be the first box in your subscription. When we release our next seasonal box, your credit card will be charged $49.99 on the 25th of the month that the box goes out.

(Shipping Dates: January 25th, April 25th, July 25th, October 25th)

 For example: If you subscribe in February, you will be charged immediately for your April box. You will not be charged again on April 25th (which would be the next cycle billing date), because you have already paid this box off with your initial purchase in February.

Annual Members:

You will be billed $179.99 immediately upon sign up for your annual membership. This charge covers you for four boxes. Your annual membership will automatically renew each year for $179.99 on the seasonal billing date following your last pre-paid box unless you cancel your membership.  

 

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping throughout the continental US is $5. International shipping is $10.

 

When will my box ship?
Your box will ship on the 25th of each quarter (January, April, July, October) and should arrive by the 30th, depending on location.

 

Gifting
From there, choose the Subscribe and Save option, and select the duration of your gift subscription (1 time or 1 year options are available), check the “Is This A Gift?” box and check out as you normally would. Be sure to enter the address of the person who will be receiving this gift.

 

After the subscription duration you choose is up, the recipient will no longer receive the box, and you will no longer be charged.
